Policies
We cannot accept returns once the product has been shipped unless defective and covered under the manufacturer's warranty which is 6 months from the date of purchase.
The doctors office did not have this in stock or we would have purchased from them at a significate lower price. However, ColdTherapy.us was less in cost compared to some of the other websites. The shipping was delayed and I was very please with the customer service received.
