- Final Sale on Opened Items: Cold therapy units, replacement parts, and hardware ship new in original sealed packaging. Once shipped, orders are final sale for refunds, and opened items cannot be returned, restocked, or exchanged.
- Unopened Exchanges: Ordered the wrong connector, power supply, or compatible part? Unused items in the manufacturer's factory-sealed packaging may be exchanged—submit our Exchange Request form or call (704) 312-2575.
- Manufacturer's Limited Warranty: Defective items are covered solely under the applicable manufacturer's limited warranty, not a separate store warranty.
